When replacing a dull or damaged blade, do not toss the used blade in the trash. Provide it to the manager who will dispose of it properly
Find a stable cutting surface to perform your work
Never use a pocket knife, screwdriver or other non-authorized tools to cut boxes open, cut slowly
Maintain focus at all times while operating a box cutter; one glance away from the blade could result in an injury
